Great location close to attractions and amenities. the staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and the airport bus stopped right in front of the hotel. the room had cable TV and a comfortable bed, plus a minibar with a good selection of drinks.
Weekends can be noisy due to the number of bars in the area. the breakfast could have had a greater variety of spreads and bread options.

Location is good (close to main street Paulista, metro stations Concolacao and Trianon, MASP museum, two shopping centers etc). Price is fair. Breakfast is good - includes fresh fruits and juices.
Some wet odor was in our room (maybe from ventilation system). Reception staff presented by old women who don't speak English. It's noisy every night (as streets close to hotel are Rua Frei Caneca - gay street - and Rua Augusta - night girls street).

The staff were very friendly, and able to communicate in Spanish and (limited) English. The hotel has an excellent location (for those who do not like nightlife, they may find it noisy). The bathroom was a nice size, especially compared to the room.
The room was rather small, and needs some maintenance. The breakfast ends right at 10 am, and is not very great food done the same way everyday.

The hotel is well-situated, close to Paulista Avenue, hospitals, restaurants, and a shopping center. The airport bus stops in front of it. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the shower is good.
Couldn't fault.

We arrived at the hotel much earlier than the check-in time but they prepared a room for as really quickly. It is located 10 minutes walk from the busy Paulista Avenue and about 15 minutes from 2 metro stations. The hotel seems a bit old bu the room was really clean.

The hotel is situated near several entertainment options, including bars and restaurants. Plus, it's a short distance to Paulista Avenue, making it an ideal location for exploring the city. the room and bathroom were clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and accommodating.
The noise level in the evening from the surrounding establishments can disturb those who are light sleepers.

The staff is ready to help out, the area is lively
The internet is sometimes out of reach, the rooms are dark, old and sober, but clean.

It was close to a number of shops. The marble and woodwork were nice.
The beds were a little stiff, the sheets were not of a high quality. The night life around the hotel stays up quite late and is loud.

The price was reasonable and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was great because we were able to walk to many popular tourist spots and there were many amenities nearby. the room was clean and comfortable.
The noise from the surrounding bars and clubs was a bit of an issue, especially on the weekends. We didn't get much sleep due to the loud music and rowdy patrons.
